i want to tell about fitness value in our daily routine life

Hi i am Mr.Najaf

i daily share my routine life and tell about important things and topics that are very important in our daily routine life .

Today i want to tell to you about about fitness health . My dears fitness is very important in our daily routine life now a days you know better now a days our food is not so much healthy , Everything we buy from the market is not 100% pure thats why diseases are growing day by day .
if we want to secure our life from these diseaes then we must exercise on daily bases . Now a days if we want to live more and enjoy our life then we must give at least 40 to 50 mints to our body . most important thing in daily exercise is walking continusuly . if you do hand and belly and legs exercise its is better and extra effort But walking is necessary in our daily life . although you are old age , young or a child we must walk in every age untill our death .
So i request you all human beings please make sure that you are sincere with your health . Earn money do a good job but never cmpromise with your health . Money can't save your life remember that my dears so keep making healthy activies.
